I called Juan at Perfect Finish after seeing the great reviews on this site. I needed some outdoor painting doing quickly, and Juan said he would be able to fit the job in within the required timescale.

He came and gave us a quote the same day. I was impressed with Juan’s professional manner and advice and was happy to go ahead.

They showed great flexibility in being able to fit in around some other tradesmen, and got the job done within the time committed. I had a slight concern about what the quality of work would be like given how quickly they were able to turn it around, but I needn’t have worried. Juan brought in his team to do the job quickly, and the quality of work was excellent. You can see that the whole team take great pride in their work and are real craftsmen. There was’t a speck of paint anywhere there shouldn’t have been, and they went the extra mile to paint every last area and detail. The place looks fantastic, better than I’d hoped.

At the end of the job, Juan checked in to make sure I was happy with the finished results.

Juan and his team have just completed painting our home, both interior and exterior ( 1900’s federation semi). I cannot praise Juan highly enough. He was meticulous in the preparation before the painting started and every morning discussed with me what the objectives would be. He started on time every day and it was a pleasure to greet his smiling face at my door every morning at 7am. He is incredibly “handy” and was able to repair and fix a LOT in our home that needed attention eg sliding door that needed a new track , skylight that needed re gyprocking , window sashes that needed replacement….. and more. The completed project looks superb and we couldnt be happier. Juan left our home every day tidy and clean and when the painting was finished he and the boys ages tidying up, such that I think he left it cleaner than we he started !!!! I got 4 quotes for the job and as soon as I met Juan I knew I would accept his quote even before receiving it. He is knowledgeable, a perfectionist , a true craftsman ,VERY skilled in many trades and a downright REALLY nice man.

Juan is a dedicated and extremely experienced in ensuring the painting job is completed  to an excellent eye for detail. But more importantly with his knowledge and skills the right solution at a cost effective solution within the necessary timeframes is achieved. Juan and his team are fantastic. We had our whole house repainted. We didn’t know much about painting so had to ask many questions and ask for advice but he helped us tremendously in making decisions. He has excellent knowledge in prepping, fixing faults, painting, has attention to details so small things I didn’t notice have been brought up and discussed over. He could give good advice in paint colour as well. Their workmanship is great. He and his team were always on time, professional yet friendly communication, thorough consultation and fine advice. The price is reasonable, too. I had a few quotes and those who quoted around the same price had nowhere near the level of his  knowledge. Highly recommended and I’m sure we use them again in the future.

Really pleased with the job carried out by Juan. There was some tricky stuff involved reinforcing the neighbour’s new roof and building a platform to access one of our external walls which was being repaired and painted – Juan handled a potentially difficult situation with the neighbour “perfectly” so no problems there!

Juan did an outstanding job, the external wall had water ingress and has now been sealed and painted,as have the chimneys, and all affected internal walls scraped down, repaired and painted.

Excellent communication, good workmanship, easy to deal with, on time and in line with quoted ( and reasonable ) price.

Juan painted our apartment this week so we can put it on the market and sell it. We were on deadline due to photographers needing to come before our first open home, and Juan completed the task on time! Juan and his team were very efficient, professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job on the exterior of our house. Having to deal with many difficult tradesmen over the period of our renovations, it was a relief to have the job completed in such a short time and with great attention to detail.

I asked Juan to renovate my unit in Cronulla recently and I couldn’t be happier with the results. In two days, he painted the entire flat with no mess and no fuss whatsoever. The best service I’ve experienced when dealing with tradesmen in the Sutherland Shire. Juan the painter obviously takes great pride in his business and his work, he went out of his way to ensure we were kept informed of the progress of the job from start to finish. The quality of the finished job was brilliant (painted interior of our recently purchased house). Highly recommended!

We have an old federation house which we decided to put on the market. Juan helped us with what we needed to paint, inside the house & outside, the colour scheme (he was able to colour match the existing paint perfectly); cleaned off mildew and water blasted the exterior paintwork as well as quite a bit of repair work including timber and plaster work. He was happy to work around our schedule and my god did he and his team work fast! He made our job so much easier and reduced our stress level heaps (even though we kept adding extra work for him & we got a very reasonable price). We would definitely use him again. Juan and his team are fantastic! We had recently cement rendered our house so it was a complete blank canvas. Juan helped pick colours, as well as suggesting colours that work well together.

 

They were very fast and were happy to help with any other little jobs. We had some small sections missing in the eaves, so we provided the material and Juan fixed it all up.

It’s not the first time we’ve asked Juan to do a paint job around the house, and it’s not the first time that he’s produced outstanding results :) In a day, our bathroom was repainted and it looks like it was freshly renovated. He bleached the mould off the ceiling and even shifted the messed up tiles on the roof to keep out the rain. Definitely recommend for anyone in need of a quick, first rate paint job. Juan and his team did an amazing variety of jobs for us recently, from patching up a leaky roof, to painting our entire back fence (no small feat). They were very quick, professional and knowledgeable about their work and incredibly helpful in fixing up the errors left by previous tradesmen we’ve dealt with. We’ve been used to shoddy, half-handed jobs by the local tradies but Juan and his team exceeded all our expectations and now our home’s exterior looks better than new. Great quality service, would definitely recommend to everyone.

 

Juan recently painted a room in our home that also had some water damage to one of the walls. He did a great job in re-pastering the damaged wall, and painting the rest of the room. He even sealed up some holes in the bathroom as a courtesy, in the hope that we don’t have the same problem again!

We were in need of a painter fast as we had to sell our place urgently, we called juan and it was no hassle for him to work his busy schedule around us, we met him on the property for a quote and hired him on the spot, he seemed very trustworthy and polite, we left juan to let himself and the boys in and out of the place all alone and had no worries in doing that at all. Juan was recommended by a friend who had her house painted beautifully. Juan and his team painted all the interior of my house including repairs on walls, picture rails and skirting. They worked hard day in day out getting the house painted on schedule. They were very considerate and understanding, being able to work around other renovation teams and in helping me to get the right colours. They keep the place clean during work. After their work was completed, Juan was kind enough to insist to come back to do touch up after the bathroom and floor sanding was done. They provided services for re-painting our head office in Elizabeth Street The quality of their work was excellent and there was no disruption to the every day running of the office..
